I'm a 2018 journalism graduate from CSULB (Go Beach!) born and raised in Southern California. I started off in student media in 2014, when I was brought on as the arts editor at my community college newspaper. 

Along the way, I developed a passion for design, and worked my way up to become the design editor at the Daily 49er during my final year at university. I have won awards not only for my newspaper work, but for advertising as well. I currently serve as a page designer and editor for Gannett (formerly GateHouse Media), where I've worked since 2018. 

When I'm not helping make newspapers, I'm dabbling in resume design, trying new restaurants in LA, spending time with my family and friends or watching an anime.
